Sorry about the mistaken doubling of a comic, dear readers. Note to self, do not update the page when sleep deprived....
She's just so pretty to watch!
At least their society has evolved beyond the rolled scroll phase.
I suspect there might be some foreshadowing in one of those mysterious book titles, but us readers just don't know enough, yet. "Unbridled Passions"?!
And, that last panel, wow. You only have yourself to blame for choosing a library setting. But, it looks wonderful. I can almost smell the books.
Oh HAH you spotted that one! *facepalm* I was feeling goofy. No that's NOT the hint, though all those books in the third panel are a hint for sure!
And you know, the library was surprisingly fun to draw. A LOT better than the bar scene!
Wow did you actually hand render every book on that last panel or did you use a 3D render to aid you?! That's insane if you did it and it's very creative and smart if you used a 3d render. Either way the end result is WELL worth it!
Render them all?! Oh gods no! I took that shelf of books in the third panel, stacked it on itself a few times, saved it as a pattern, added some color and manipulated it for perspective. After the bottles in the bar scene I was NOT doing individual ANYTHING again! I learned my lesson! :D glad it worked to good effect though, thanks for the interest!
Nice trick! I'll remember it! ~the more you know~
